こちらの作品は川合優氏の１点ものとなります。

岐阜県美濃市にて製作されている川合優さん。大学で建築を学ばれたあと、飛騨、京都で修業を積み、独立。日々森や木と対峙し、木の美しさをいかした端正で清潔感のある作風で家具から小物まで幅広く制作しておられます。また戦後植林された針葉樹を使うことで、木を育て、生かす循環を山に取り戻し、日本の木の文化を守りたいと「SOMA」を立ち上げておられます。
美しい木目が浮かび上がる中次。陶器の茶入とはまた違った雰囲気を出してくれています。
